I miss dad deeply. Thank you to everyone for the thoughts and prayers. I especially thank all those that have shared experiences and memories they've had with my dad. I take comfort knowing how many lives dad has touched and I enjoy hearing the stories.

So sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers goes out to all the family and friends of this very special man. I wish there was something that I could say or do that would makes things easier, but only "God" and "Time" can do that.

Marlin was my brother-in-law. I was married to Alan, who was killed in a traffic accident. I stayed close with the Clifton family, especially Nora, Christa and Marlin. We have stayed close to Marlin over the last years. Several years ago he took a cruise and took me and my husband and others along with him.It was a wonderful time and I will always cherish that experience. We had some special times with Marlin at Tybee as he came and stayed with us. I miss Nora and Christa and now Marlin. I hope I will be able to be in contact with Michael, Barrett and Peggy as well as Lynn. My prayers and thoughts are with you all. Marlin was all about family. I know he we will all miss him.

Uncle Marlin was always one of my favorite people. He taught me how to drive a manual transmission in his old MG, he was so patient with me as I grinded through the gears. One of the last conversations I had with him, he shared with me that I should travel more and not get so wrapped up with working. Uncle Marlin always knew something about everything I could ask him and I admired him for that. My love and condolences goes out to the family.

My sincere condolences to the Clifton Family on the passing of your dear loved one. May Jehovah God, the God of comfort grant you his peace while you await the fulfillment of his promise at John 5:28(to resurrect those who have been asleep in death). May fond memories of Marlin linger in your hearts and bring you peace in the days to come.
